Privacy policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data IronResolve collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. IronResolve is run by its founder, Shiv. For any privacy question or request, email shiv@ironresolves.com.

What we collect

  • When you contact us: your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to write to us.
  • When you book a call: the details you enter in our booking form, which is run by Calendly.
  • When we contact you first: your name, job title, company and business email address, taken from public sources such as company websites and professional profiles.
  • When you share tickets for an audit: the support tickets you send. We ask you to remove names, contact details, account numbers and payment details before sending them.
  • When you visit this website: standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, arrange calls and provide the services you ask for.
  • To contact businesses that may benefit from our services. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest, keep messages relevant to your role, and stop as soon as you ask.
  • To run the website securely.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run IronResolve: Cloudflare (website hosting), Calendly (call booking), Google (email), and AI model providers when we analyse tickets you've shared for an audit. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

  • Tickets shared for an audit are deleted within 30 days of delivering the report, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Business contact details used for outreach are deleted if you ask us to stop, or after 12 months without a reply.
  • Correspondence with clients is kept for as long as we work together and as required for accounting records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. To do any of these, email shiv@ironresolves.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

IronResolve is based in India, and some of our service providers process data in other countries. Where data leaves the UK or EU, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards for international transfers.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
